Can I use GYST for free?
Yes! The free tier includes unlimited wardrobe items, background removal, and marketplace access. You get 5 AI outfit suggestions and 3 AI item identifications per month. GYST+ unlocks unlimited AI features.
What payment methods do you accept?
Subscriptions are handled through the App Store (Apple Pay). Marketplace purchases use Stripe, accepting all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel anytime from your App Store settings. You'll keep GYST+ access until the end of your billing period.
How do seller fees work?
Free users pay an 8% marketplace fee per sale. GYST+ members pay only 5%, saving 3% on every transaction. There are no listing fees or monthly seller fees. Payment processing (2.9% + $0.30) is standard.
Is the yearly plan worth it?
GYST+ yearly ($29.99/year) saves you about 37% compared to monthly ($3.99/mo). If you sell regularly, the reduced 5% fee pays for itself quickly.
