By accessing and using this app, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or to use SwapMeet. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. AI Features & Disclaimers

AI-powered features are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. AI can make mistakes and should not be relied upon for important decisions.

Outfit suggestions, and the details AI fills in about an item, can be wrong. Check anything that matters to you, such as a care label, for yourself.

We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the app (photos, text, data). By uploading content, you grant us a license to store and process that content to provide app functionality.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates others' rights.

6. App Pricing

GYST is free to use. Every feature, including AI styling and wardrobe management, is available at no cost. There is no paid tier and no in-app purchase.

GYST does not process payments. SwapMeet listings are arranged directly between buyer and seller, who settle up between themselves outside the app. GYST charges no commission, listing fee, or subscription.

GYST may introduce paid features in future. If that happens, we will give notice in the app before anything changes, and we will not start charging for a feature you are already using without your agreement.

7. SwapMeet Marketplace

GYST provides a local listings board ("SwapMeet") for buying, selling and trading secondhand clothing. All arrangements are made directly between individual buyers and sellers.

Marketplace Guidelines:

Every sale or trade is arranged and settled directly between buyer and seller
Handover is in person only. GYST does not offer shipping
GYST charges no fee and does not handle payment
List items accurately and honestly
Meet in safe, public locations for exchanges

GYST is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, and does not take part in transactions. There is no buyer protection and no refund mechanism, because no money passes through GYST.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the app for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
Use automated systems to access the app without permission
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms.

You may delete your account and all data at any time through the app settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
