You must be at least 16 years old to use this app. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. AI Features & Disclaimers

AI-powered features are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. AI can make mistakes and should not be relied upon for important decisions.

For wellness, mental health, financial, career, or other professional advice, always consult qualified professionals in those fields.

We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the app (photos, text, data). By uploading content, you grant us a license to store and process that content to provide app functionality.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates others' rights.

6. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

GYST+ subscription ($3.99/month or $29.99/year) provides unlimited AI features and reduced marketplace fees (5% instead of 8%). All purchases are handled through the Apple App Store.

Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store settings.

7. SwapMeet Marketplace

GYST provides a local marketplace ("SwapMeet") for buying and selling second-hand clothing. All transactions are between individual buyers and sellers.

Marketplace Guidelines:

• All sales are final and handled directly between buyer and seller
• Pickup is the only fulfillment method - no shipping
• Platform fee: 8% for free users, 5% for GYST+ subscribers
• List items accurately and honestly
• Meet in safe, public locations for exchanges

GYST is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. We are a platform connecting buyers and sellers and do not participate in transactions.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Use automated systems to access the app without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
