2. How We Use Your Data

• Core Features: To provide wardrobe management, outfit creation, and marketplace functionality
• AI Features: To generate personalized outfit suggestions and detect clothing items in photos
• Analytics: To show you insights about your wardrobe usage and spending patterns
• Communication: To send important updates about your account or marketplace activity

3. AI Processing

When you use AI features (outfit suggestions, item detection), your photos and wardrobe data may be processed by our AI service (Claude by Anthropic). This processing is used solely to provide the requested feature and is not used to train AI models.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication and data storage
• Anthropic: AI processing for outfit suggestions and item detection
• RevenueCat: Subscription management
• Other Users: Only for marketplace listings you choose to make public

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud). We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest.

6. Your Rights

• Access: View all data associated with your account in the app
• Export: Request a copy of your data
• Delete: Delete your account and all associated data at any time through app settings
• Correction: Update or correct your information through the app

7. Location Data

GYST uses your location only to show nearby marketplace listings and local thrift shops. We store only city-level location data, not precise coordinates. You can disable location access in your device settings.

8. Children's Privacy

GYST is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email.
